A fibreglass pool renewal in progress

A renewal you can watch, start to finish.

Every pool we renew runs to the same documented process, with each stage planned, recorded and signed off. No guesswork, no surprises, nothing happening behind the fence that you cannot see.

i.Why we document

Most pool work happens behind a fence.

You drop the gate, the crew comes and goes, and you hope it was done properly. We work the other way. Every stage of your renewal is planned up front, photographed as it happens and signed off before we move on, so the finished pool comes with a paper trail, not just a promise.

v.Process questions

How the job actually runs.

How long does the whole process take?
Most renewals run from assessment to refilling within two to three weeks, depending on the repairs needed and the weather. We give you a stage timeline with your quote.
How disruptive is it to my property?
We work cleanly and contain the site to the pool area. You will have crews and equipment on site during the working stages, but access and mess are kept to a minimum.
What happens if the weather turns?
Some stages need dry, settled conditions to cure properly. If the weather is against us we pause rather than rush, and we keep you updated on the revised timeline.
How is payment staged?
A deposit confirms your booking, with the balance tied to agreed milestones. You only pay for a stage once it is signed off, and the fixed quote does not move.
